2. Counter-Notification

- A statement that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, email, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you accept service of process from the original complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may notify the original complainant. Unless a court action is filed, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days at our discretion.
3. Repeat Infringers
NSFW.Adult takes copyright infringement seriously. In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
4. Modifications to Policy
